RangeAttribute does not retain value when entered directly into the number field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "AlgoQuest.zip"
2. Select "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy window
3. Change the "Smooth Speed" value to "0.1" in the Inspector window
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: "Smooth Speed" value stays "0.1"
Actual results: "Smooth Speed" value resets to original (0.0378)
Reproducible with: 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a11, 2023.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2023.2.0a10
