Range Shader Property Slider malfunctioning when Value goes from High to Low
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene Scene
3. Select "Sphere" in the Hierarchy
4. Expand the Shader Settings
5. Try to interact with the "Test" Slider
Expected result: The Value can be set anywhere between 1 and 0
Actual result: The Value can only be set to 1 or 0 and the Slider control Axes are inverted
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.2.0a12
