RadioButton.value cannot be set to true when initializing the radio buttons
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “RadioCheckedBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The first radio button is checked
Actual result: The first radio button is not checked
Reproducible in: 6000.0.42f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.41f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
