HDRP Graphics "High Quality Line Rendering" is missing a documentation link
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics -> Rendering -> High Quality Line Rendering
3. Observe the right side of the field
Expected results: There is a "?" sign to open the documentation
Actual results: There is no "?" sign to open the documentation

Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
