R8 and RG16 doesn't work for ConvertTexture() as a destination format
Steps:
1. Open repro scene and hit play
2. Observe R8 and RG16 are rendering some artifacts

Reproducible with : 2018.1.0b5, 2017.3.0p4 (R8 is fine), 2017.2.1p3, 2017.1.3p1
Not reproducible with : 5.6.5p1
