[Quest2][Vulkan] ReadPixel has Black artifacts when the image is generated
Reproduction steps:
1. Extract “unity-bug.zip” and open it in the Editor
2. Build and run on Quest device
3. Open File Explorer and go to This PC > Internal shared storage > Android > data > com.test.test > files
4. Open the test.jpg file
5. Compare the image file to the Scene seen on the Quest device
Expected result: The image file looks identical to the Scene seen on the Quest device
Actual result: The image differs from the Scene seen on the Quest device
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1
Could not test with: 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8 (Assets\Oculus\VR\Editor\OVRLint.cs(944,20): error CS0619: 'AudioImporter.preloadAudioData' is obsolete: 'Preload audio data has been moved to AudioImporter.SampleSettings as a per platform local setting')
Reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Reproduced on:
Windows 10 Pro 21H2
Notes:
- Does not reproduce with OpenGLES, but the generated image looks darker than the Scene seen in the Quest device

This issue exists on 2021 LTS, so please make sure to include that as well.
