[Quest] Scene becomes zoomed in and distorted when changing resolution with Dynamic Resolution in Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/_Complete-Game/_Complete-Game.unity” Scene
3. In the Menu bar, select TestMenu > BuildSurvivalURP
4. Install SurvivalPerfVulkanURP.apk on Quest 2
5. In Player, press the X button on the left Quest controller
Expected result: Resolution is lowered
Actual result: Scene becomes zoomed in and distorted
Reproducible with: 2022.3.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.15f1, 2023.3.0b10

VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
