[Quest][URP] Error "ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range." when using Realtime Reflection probes in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Connect Quest with Oculus Link
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No Errors exist
Actual result: Errors “ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.“ are present
Reproducible with: 2022.3.23f1, 2022.3.29f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.22f1, 6000.0.2f1
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Quest 3 (user reported)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
