[Quest] Editor will crash when attempt to enter Play mode with no VR device connected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "CrashPlayEditorTest.zip"
2. Select OculusXR as the XR plugin
3. Connect the Oculus 2 device through Quest link
4. Enter Play Mode to ensure Oculus Link works
5. Exit Play Mode
6. Turn off the Quest 2 device completely while still connected to Oculus Link
7. Enter Play Mode again
Expected results: Editor does not freeze when attempting to enter Play mode with no VR device connected
Actual Results: Editor freezes when attempting to enter Play mode with no VR device connected
Reproducible according to the Customer: 2021.3.16f1
Notes:
-Since the Customer upgraded their Project to 2021.3.16f1 they get a 100% crash when trying to enter playmode if no VR device is connected and communicating with the PC
