PropertyDrawers not working on property fields of custom Type objects serialized with SerializeReference
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project ("FlowGraph.zip")
2. In the Project window select "FlowGraph_Example"
3. Look at the property fields
Expected results: The property fields are drawn with their propertyDrawers (See attached screenshots "Expected.png", "Expected2.png")
Actual results: The property fields are not drawn with their correct propertyDrawers
Reproducible with: 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1 (Couldn't downgrade, many errors)
