Project with 2D Animation package throws 'ArgumentException' when creating UXML Template Asset
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1222158-Sample.zip")
2. From menu bar select Assets > Create > UIElements > UXML Template
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No error is thrown and .uxml Asset is created
Actual result: 'ArgumentException' error is thrown and .uxml Asset is not created
Reproducible in: 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a1
Could not test in: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1 (UXML Template creation option not introduced)
Reproducible in package versions: 3.1.0, 4.1.1
Could not test in package versions: 1.0.15, 3.0.8 (Not available in reproducible Unity versions)
