Project settings Localization window breaks when fields are expanded.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Localization Settings (Edit->Project Settings->Localization)
3. Expand all of the drop-menus
4. Switch to any other settings tab
5. Switch back to the Localization tab
Expected result: No errors are thrown and the settings are revealed
Actual result: Errors are thrown in the Console Window and Localization settings window is not drawn
Reproducible with Unity: 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14 (0.7.1-preview)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1 (0.3.1-preview)
Not reproducible with Packages 0.6.1-preview and lower
