Project settings Graphics APIs naming is inconsistent when using WebGL player
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1182462.zip")
2. Select Edit > Project Settings > Player > WebGL settings > Other Settings
3. Click on the "+" button under the Graphics APIs section
Expected result: Add menu names match names in the Graphics APIs section
Actual result: Add menu names don't match names in the Graphics APIs section
Reproducible in: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
Note: After selection OpenGLES2 becomes WebGL 1.0, while OpenGLES3 - WebGL 2.0
