Progress Bar disappears or flickers when displayed if the Test Framework package is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “BetaProgressBar.zip” project
2. Go to Menu > Test > Progress Bar
3. Observe the result
Expected result: Progress Bar is fully visible
Actual result: Progress Bar disappears or flickers
Reproducible with: 1.3.1 (2020.3.47f1), 1.3.4 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a13), 2.0.1-pre.18 (2022.2.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.0 (2020.3.47f1)
Could not test with: 2.0.1-exp.1, 2.0.1-pre.18 (2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a13) (“error CS0619: 'XboxOneDeployMethod' is obsolete: 'The XDK Xbox One platform was removed in 2021.1'“ error)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
On Windows, the Progress Bar disappears, but on MacOS it flickers
Not reproducible if removing the Test Framework package
Loading bar disappears if the Unity editor window loses focus

It's ridiculous this is resolved as Won't Fix.
I think it's a major regression in a very popular package (which is also used as dependency from Visual Studio Editor package).
Workaround: use v1.3.0 (already has the Tasks support but not yet corrupting the ProgressBars).
