[Profiler] Shows no data if docked and Game View is maximized
Repro steps:
1) Open the ProfilerMax project
2) Notice the layout - upper window has Profiler, lower has Game view
3) Set the Game View to Maximize on Play and press Play
4) Pause and notice no data is shown in Profiler(look at .gif)
Workaround: Undock Profiler so it would be visible
Expected: Profiler collects data even it is not visible in Play mode
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b10; 5.3.3p3; 5.2.4f1; 5.1.4f1; 5.0.4f1

I can confirm this is still issue in 5.3.4. The profiler should collect data even if game window is maximized.
