Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
Expected Result: Profiler Tools bar should be steady
Actual Result: Profiler The column width of Frame scales up & down due to which rest of the column try to auto-align in Profiler Toolbar
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0b2
Working Fine on: 2020.1.0a3, 2019.3.0b1
Environment: Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
