Select Dependencies context menu doesn't work properly in Project Browser
Steps to reproduce:
- Should be reproducible with any project
- Create e.g. new 3D URP Sample project
- Find any prefab you like
- If you select prefab and then do RightMouseButton->Select Dependencies - it will give one set of dependencies
- But if you do not select it and instead right away do RightMouseButton->Select Dependencies on the same prefab - it gives other set of dependencies (even though Inspector shows the same number of dependencies)

Actual results: dependencies list is different on steps 4 and 5
Expected results: dependencies list should be the same on steps 4 and 5
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.3.0a4, didn't test other - but should be reproducible on all 6.x
Not reproducible with MAC
