[Profiler] Profiler Module dropdown disappears on hovering mouse outside the dropdown area
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Window > analysis > profiler
3. Profiler Module > Click and move the cursor outside the Dropdown area
Expected result: The Profiler Module dropdown remains open
Observed Result: The Profiler Module dropdown closes
Reproducible On: 2020.2.0a15
Not Reproducible On: 2020.2.0a14
