[Profiler] Frame count increased by 1 after loading data on top of previous data when play mode is paused
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Profiler"
2. In Profiler window, record some data
3. Pause Play Mode
4. In Profiler window, load "cap.d"
5. In Profiler window, observe frames
Expected result: 300 frames are loaded, starting from 1
Actual result: 301 frames are loaded, starting from 2
Reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a10
