Blank, Light-Themed "Create Node" window becomes visible on the next project open
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a project (Universal 2D)
# Set Unity theme to "Light"
# Go to the "Project" window
# Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> Blank Shader Graph
# Verify that it is created
# Select it, double-click it, and verify that the "New Shader Graph" window opens
# Go to the shader graph window
# Right-click -> Create Node
# Verify that the "Create Window" window opens
# Close the project
# Open the project again
*Actual results:* Blank, Light-Themed "Create Node" window becomes visible on the next project open
