"Add" and "Save Changes" buttons in the profiler module editor window get cropped while resizing the window

In the Profiler Module editor window the "Add" and "Save Changes" buttons get cropped while resizing the window

Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project.
2. Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Open Profiler Module dropdown
4. Click on the Setting icon
5. Resize the window vertically

Expected Result: "Add" and "Save Changes" buttons don't get cropped while resizing the window

Actual Result: "Add" and "Save Changes" buttons get cropped

Reproducible in: 2021.2.0a20, 2021.2.0a19

Working Fine in:
2021.2.0a18

Environment: Ubuntu 18.04, Windows 10 & macOS 10.14

Note: In Linux, only the "Add" Button gets cropped
