[ProBuilder] Vertices always snaps to grid when editing them and using ProGrids package
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1230365.zip' project and load 'SampleScene'
2. In the Scene window, select one of the cube's vertices and try to move it
Expected result: the vertex does not snap to the grid
Actual result: the vertex snaps to the grid
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5 (preview.4 - 4.3.0, preview.6 - 4.3.0)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5 (4.2.3, preview.2 - 4.3.0)
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (Package Manager not available)
Note: the ProGrids package version does not make a difference. Snapping is toggled off in ProGrids.

Just tested the "fix" in 3.0.3pr6 and it doesn't fully address the problem. You shouldn't have to close ProGrids window to get the grid snapping to turn off, you should be able to just toggle off grid snapping inside ProGrids and have verts not snapping any more.
