[ProBuilder] Tooltips missing for all the properties under "Actions" panel in the UV editor
Tooltips are missing for all properties under the Actions panel:
Tiling & Alignment, Fill Mode, Anchor, Flip U, Flip V, Offset, Swap U/V, refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Window > Package Manager > ProBuilder > Install
3. Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window
4. Create a "New Poly Shape"
5. Select Face Selection tool in the Scene View
6. ProBuilder window > UV Editor > Actions Panel

Tooltips are missing
Expected Result:
Tooltip appears when the mouse has hovered on the properties
