ProBuilder "Apply Quick Material" shortcut in the Shortcut Helper Bar does not refresh when the mouse cursor is not on it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window → Package Manager and install ProBuilder package
3. In the top Menu Bar, click Edit → Preferences
4. Go to General and find the “Enable Shortcut Helper Bar” setting and enable it
5. Drag the mouse pointer on "Apply Quick Material"
6. Press and hold shift/ctrl
7. Move the mouse off "Apply Quick Material"
8. Observe the shortcut helper bar
Expected result: The Shortcut Helper Bar refreshes
Actual result: The Shortcut Helper Bar does not refresh
Reproducible in: 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Couldn’t test in: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1 (Shortcut Helper Bar setting does not exist)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The Shortcut Helper Bar refreshes once you move the mouse back on “Enable Shortcut Helper Bar”
