[Preset] Intensity parameter of a Default Light Preset is not applied after creating Directional Light Game object
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("RePro.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Create new Directional Light in the Hierarchy window from Context menu
Expected result: Intensity is set to Default Preset value
Actual result: Intensity is unchanged
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14
Could not test with: 2017.4.34f1 (Presets were not present)
