Premultiplied alpha issue on HDRP
Reported on the forum. Lit material on HDRP output alpha differently if set to Transparent and blending mode to premultiply.

Reproduction Steps:
- Open repro project
- Add a image sequence recorder with the source set to Targeted camera
- Set the file format to png and enable include alpha
- Start recording
Current result:
- Alpha output is not the same
Expected result
- Alpha should be the same between what we see in game view and the recording.
