PreLateUpdate.ParticleSystemBeginUpdateAll CPU exceeds 1s when moving WildFire from Standard Assets
Reproductions steps:
1. Create new project
2. Import Standard Assets
3. Open the profiler
4. Enable Editor profiling
5. Add WildFire prefab to the scene
6. Move it with axis in scene view
Expected: no lag
Actual: lags for a few frames, FPS drops to <1
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0a4
Not reproduced on: 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0a6, 2017.2.0b1
Regression introduced on: 2017.1.0b1
