Particle System Curve presets can't be scrolled and some of them can't be selected if window is too narrow to fit them all
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity Project
2. Right-click in the Hierarchy -> Effects -> Particle System
3. Select the created GameObject
4. In the Inspector, under the Particle System, select and enable "Size Over Lifetime" property
5. Click on the "Size" curve and navigate to the "Particle System Curves" preview
6. Narrow down the Inspector so not all presets are visible there
7. Observe the results
Expected results: The presets can be scrolled and there is an indication that not all presets are shown
Actual results: The presets can't be scrolled and there is no visual indication that not all presets are shown
Reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
