[Preferences] Preferences -> External Tools -> External Script Editor -> Browse... should show a list of available application
Current behavior:
Preferences -> External Tools -> External Script Editor -> Browse...
forces users to find the executable file of the desired app themselves
Expected behavior:
Preferences -> External Tools -> External Script Editor -> Browse...
should open a windows with installed available script editors
