Prefabs in Hierarchy Window occasionally aren't highlighted in blue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("McDROID repro")
2. Enter "_DLC" scene
3. Observe "Angry Worm Space" in Hierarchy window.
Expected: GameObject's text is highlighted in blue color
Actual: Its text is not highlighted in blue color
NOTES:
- Clicking "Select" successfully displays the object's prefab in Project window
- Clicking save/revert saves changes/brings back changes, but the prefab does not get highlighted in blue.
- Dragging any child gameobject out of the parent hierarchy does not throw a warning about breaking prefab connection
- Adding another instance of prefab to Hierarchy makes it appear as blue (ie is properly highlighted)
Reproduced on: 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
Was unable to reproduce on: 5.4.4f1 (unable to downgrade, can't reproduce from scratch)
