Prefab with a NetworkManager refreshes infinitely
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select NetworkManager
3. In the Inspector window, select Open Prefab
Expected result: Prefab does not refresh
Actual result: Prefab keeps refreshing
Reproducible with: 0.2.4-preview - 1.0.8 (2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1(Multiplayer HLAPI is not available)

Hi, any updates on this?
