Script property field of prefab instance doesn't have references to prefabs after project is upgraded
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Refs.zip"
2. Open Assets/Menu/Prefabs/GuidedLesson/GuidedLessonMenus/GuidedLessonEndMenu.prefab in prefab editor
3. Inspect GuidedLessonEndMenu > Effect > Emitter object
4. Notice that Image Prefabs array property of SpaceEmiter has references to two prefabs
5. Exit prefab editor
6. Drag Assets/Menu/Prefabs/GuidedLesson/GuidedLessonMenus/GuidedLessonEndMenu.prefab to scene to
7. Inspect GuidedLessonEndMenu > Effect > Emitter object
8. Notice that Image Prefabs array property of SpaceEmiter has references to only one prefab
