Popup windows are not automatically closed when the Editor app loses focus
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Make a prefab out of any object in scene
3) Select the same object in scene
4) Change something, like Scale, so that it would be different from base prefab
5) Click Overrides
6) Lose Editor focus (for example, opening full-screen browser)
Expected: The popup closes
Actual: It stays up
