[Polybrush] Color Element doesn't does not return to the Pallete when it is dragged outside the PolyBrush Window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Window -> Package Manager > Install Polybrush
3. Click Tools -> Polybrush -> Polybrush Window -> Paint Vertex Color on Meshes -> Color Paint Settings -> Color Mask
4. Click and Hold Left Mouse button on any of the Color elements inside Palette
5. Move the Mouse cursor outside the PolyBrush Window and then release the Mouse button
6. Move the cursor inside the PolyBrush Window
Expected result: Color element is returned to Palette and is no longer attached to the Cursor
Actual result: The color element is still attached to the Cursor
Reproducible with: 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2(2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20)

Resolution Note (fix version 1.1.0-pre.1):
Fixed in PolyBrush 1.1.0-pre.1 which is available in Unity 2019.4 and above
