Point Light has Bias Issue with Thin Meshes
To reproduce:
Open attached project and scene
Expected: The two pots should have similar if not almost identical shadows
Actual: The thinner pot's shadow is clipped
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0f3, 2018.1.0b2
