[PLM] Very bright values possibly caused by overlapping geometry and directionality
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the wall while moving the camera
Expected result: Wall is dark
Actual result: Light streaks appearing on the wall which are dependent on camera movement
Reproducible with 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a12
Could not test for regressions due to prefabs breaking in 2017.4

Resolution Note:
The real time light leaks between the edge of the meshes.
User can try to
1. Make sure there are no gap between the vertices
2. put a plane or a box that "blocks" the light (cover the mesh edges)
