[PLM] Baked Shadow Angle and Radius parameter shrinks the size of baked shadows instead of smoothing
1) Download and import the package `BakedShadowAngle`
2) Open the scene `BakedShadowAngle`
3) Ensure that Baked Shadow Angle/Radius for the light source has a value of more than 1
3) Generate the lighting
4) Observe the results
Notes:
- Issue is fixed in 2018.1
- The issue only persists for Shadowmasks (Works correctly for intensity lightmaps)
