Player transparency is not working when using URP with Post Processing and HDR enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “OverlayURP”
2. Build And Run the project
3. Open “OBS” and add “Window” or “Game” capture of built Player
4. Add any other capture and make sure it is below the Player
5. On the Player capture enable transparency by clicking on it → Properties → “Allow Transparency”
6. Observe the captured video preview
Expected result: Only the cube is captured in Player and the other window is seen below it
Actual result: The cube and the background are captured covering the other window
Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.22f1, 2023.2.15f1, 6000.0.0b13
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: With built-in pipeline the bug is not reproducible even when Post Processing and HDR are enabled
