Player settings can't be expanded when clicking on the dropdown arrow icon
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and open it
2. Go to the Player Settings
3. Try to use the arrow icons to expand the drop downs
Expected result: the drop-down is expanded
Actual result: nothing happens, the arrow icon area is non-interactive
Reproduced in: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0a7
Not reproducible in: 2020.2.0a5, 2020.1.0b14, 2019.4.2f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2017.4.40f1
