Player crash when opening the Player build

1. Open the attached “CrashRepro” project
2. Click File > Build and Run
Expected result: Player build is opened
Actual result: Player build crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.43f1 (Couldn’t downgrade because project scripts use features not supported in this version),
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro 22H2
Note: “sharedassets0.assets' is corrupted! Remove it and launch unity again!” is shown in Player.log before the crash
