Playables give a different pose to Mecanim
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the scene "Playables Pose Bug" and play it
3. Observe both animations
Expected result: Both model animations look the same
Actual result: The model which is using Playables API has its knees slightly bent during the animation
Reproduced with: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b2
