Platform switch speed regression due to package manager texture reimport
Switching between platforms has become a lot slower with the introduction of package manager.
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch the platform for the project to a different one (for instance to android)
3. Notice how the editor reimports some textures for a while
Previously switching between platforms was almost instant on an empty project. Now it can take 10-20 seconds, depending on your machine.
