Pivot point of the Rect Tool is offset a slight amount from the middle when having GameObjects selected
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 2D project
2. Create any GameObject
3. Select it in the Scene View, select the Rect Tool(Default hotkey 'T')
4. Zoom in/out to better see the issue
Expected result: the pivot point stays in the exact center of the GameObject
Actual result: the pivot point is slightly offset from the middle of the GameObject
Reproducible with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a11
Notes:
The issue was reproduced on macOS as well as Linux, but not on Windows platforms
