I am on Windows 8.1 using 5.1.2f1 64 bit and still seeing this. Profiling specifically on a Samsung Galaxy S4 and large spikes from Physics.Processing with self being responsible for nearly all of the delay.

In a empty Project using 5.2.0b5 Windows 7 64 and HD7970 HUGE PHYSICS SPIKES IN PROFILER in game dropping to 20 fps in that frame. The game scene is new and empty.
