"Layer Palette Profile" Asset is automatically applied to the second Terrain but doesn't load any layers
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, right-click -> 3D Object -> Terrain
3. Install the "Terrain Tools" package (Window -> Package Management -> Unity Registry)
4. Create another Terrain chunk
5. In the Inspector, under the "Paint Terrain", add some layers
6. Near the "Layer Palette Profile", click "Save As" and save the profile
7. Select another Terrain GameObject and observe the result
Expected results: "Layer Palette Profile" field is empty
Actual results: "Layer Palette Profile" field is not empty but it doesn't load the Layers
Reproducible with: 5.3.1 (6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Selecting the same profile manually loads the layers
