Physics proccesses are performed in a scene without physics
Follow the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open provided project
2. Press "File > Build and Run" to build a Windows Standalone application
3. Select "Quality=Fantasic"
4. Select "Resolution=640x480"
5. Attach Unity Profiler
User have attached Profiler screenshots.
Notice the profiler shows that is being spent in the physics system. The scene does not have any physics objects.
