Physics Joints collision is not blocking as expected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "ConfigurableJointTravelThrough" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press "Run Joint collision scenario"
Actual result: The moving collider goes through Joint collider or gets stuck inside it.
Expected result: The moving collider should hit the Joint collider, not enter it.
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b5, 2017.3.0p4, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.5f1
Note: If you freeze the X and Z rotation of Joint's Rigidbody, the collision works as expected.
