Physics is inconsistent between 32bit and 64bit builds
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (PhysicTest.zip)
2. Build it for standalone with x86 architecture
3. Build it for standalone with x86_64 architecture
4. Record 32bit build running
5. Compare the video with the 64bit build running
Expected: physics are the same no matter whether the architecture of the build is x86 or x86_64
Reproduced in 5.5.4p2, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b3
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.0b4, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
Fixed in 2017.2.0b4
