Physics Debugger contact drawing doesn't update contact visualization when the contacting body moves
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the Physics Debug window (Window > Analysis > Physics Debugger)
# Open the Contacts tab
# Make sure the Show Contacts and Show All Contacts flags are checked
# Enter Play Mode
# Observe the contact points
Expected result: The contact arrow moves along with the bottom of the sphere
Actual result: The contact arrow gets stuck at the top of the ramp and only disappears when the bodies stop contacting
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1 (Show Contacts and Show All Contacts flags are not present)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
