[Physics] Character Controller teleports when intersecting between a few non-convex colliders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Collision Test"
2. Open Factory.unity scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. View "Character Controller" game object in hierarchy
5. Notice the character teleporting mostly by the x axis
Expected result: there should be no drastic position change of the Character Controller when the scene is played
Actual result: Character Controller changes position when the scene is played (about 300 units by the X axis)
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.1.1p1, 5.6.3p3, 5.5.4p4
